This beautiful Villa is just minutes drive from Rawai beach with spectacular views over the islands and a short distance further on is stunning Nai Harn beach- one of the best on the Island. Rawai is an old port and from here long-tail boats depart for nearby Coral Island, Ko racha Yai. For snorkeling and diving trips. Chalong is 10min drive and is the largest port that has all kinds of boats including cruisers which will take you to Phi Phi Island Maya Bay- all at very reasonable prices. Yes, this is an ideal base from which to explore the island. Thai massage is available on the beach and there are very good quality Spas and beauty treatments. There is elephant trekking, horse riding, game fishing, go karting, golf, sailing all a short distance away and of course shopping either in the local markets or Central Mall Phuket town or Jung Ceylon Patong where some wonderful bargains can be bought. Exciting nightlife is nearby at Kata/Karon but Patong only 30min must be experienced.

On booking an initial deposit equivalent to 25% of the total rental is due. One month prior to the beginning of the holiday the balance is to be paid. A security deposit of $500 to be paid with second payment. This will be returned (less any loss or breakage) either in Thai Baht or into a UK bank account on departure.
