PAYMENT TERMS

Rupee Payment:
50% of the total charges to be paid at time of booking by Demand Draft or cheque payable at Mumbai and the balance within 30 days of arrival.

Payment by US $:
50% of the total charges to be paid by a US $ check at time of booking and the balance within 30 days of arrival. Payment may also be made in US $ by any major credit card (5% processing surcharge will apply)

Damage Deposit:
Damage Deposit of Rs 5000/- in cash to be paid to the front office on arrival. This will be refunded after checking the apartment for any damages. Un-reported damages will be charged at double the replacement value.

CANCELLATION POLICY
30 days prior to arrival: 1 night’s rebooking charged deducted and balance refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: Non refundable
No refunds for peak period from Dec 16th to Jan 15th.
