| Our weekly price includes the "Meet and Greet" at the Gatehouse of the Resort, air conditioning in the lounge, all linen (which includes all bedding, towels 1 x bath, 1 x hand & 1 x beach per person per week and 7 x tea towels per week), together with the end of stay clean.
Rental Deposit of £200 per rental week or part week is required at time of booking.
The final balance should be received by no later than 8 weeks from your rental start date.
A separate refundable rental contents,breakage and inconveience deposit of £150 should also be sent with your final payment and will be returned within 14 days of your departure from the villa, following a damage, breakage and inconvience report from our key holders – normal wear and tear is accepted.
The property will be available from 16:00 hrs on the date of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 hrs on departure day, any alterations to this should be requested on the booking form and will be considered, an additional fee may be charged.
