Accomodation
Bedroom:
Main Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and chest of drawers.

Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1, Bathroom with shower.

Kitchen: Modern style kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Living Room: There are 2 comfortable large sofas with a 32" Flat screen LCD television, DVD player, hifi system. There is a large table for dinning with 6 seats. Other : The terrace is an outdoor area with a table for alfresco dinning, ideal for lunch time or an evening meal.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
Apartment is cleaned before a rental, sheets and towels are available for the duration of the rental.

Changeover day
Changeover Day is flexible.

Accessibility
Lift access from street level and underground car park.
Use of a space in the underground car park.

Outside
 Exceptionally large terrace with a patio table and chairs from which you can enjoy the warm Spanish evening dining 'Al Fresco'.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Moraira is less than a 2 minute walk away and you also have the option of continuing from Moraira towards Calpe where you can stop off at numerous smaller beaches and bays.

Golf
There are 2 9-hole courses within 10 minutes of the apartment and an 18-hole course designed by Jose Maria Olazabel less than 20 minutes away. All 3 courses are open to everyone to 'pay and play', however it is recommended that you carry a handicap certificate with you. Ifach Club - 5 mins drive away (9 Holes). Don Cayo - (Altea) 25 mins drive away (9 Holes). Oliva Nova- 30 mins drive away (18 holes - Seve Ballesteros course). Club de Golf La Sella- (Denia) 25 mins drive away (18 Holes). Alicante Golf - 1 hour drive away Alicante Golf (18 holes - Seve Ballesteros course).

Travel
Car is not essential as all amenities are on your doorstep. There are many places in town to hire a car for 1 or 2 days for sightseeing or special days out.

Distances
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are about an hour's drive away. Car rental is recommended however it is not vital as there is a taxi office within walking distance of the apartment.

Further details
Benidorm with its theatres, night clubs and bars is 30 minutes away by motorway. Javea and Moraira have the most wonderful restaurants to choose and a couple of night clubs.

The towns are not over commercialized but offer plenty of boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants. The Javea Arenal offers a long promenade and a large sandy beach with activities for children plus Wind Surfing, sub aqua and other water sports. Whilst Moraira is a smaller beach for those sun lovers there are also additional activities available.

Mundomar Marine Park, Benidorm:
This park has something for everyone, a great day out for all the family. Flamingos, Turtles, Sea Lions, Seals, Penguins, Parrots, Bat Cave and much more. The main attraction being the fantastic dolphin shows, not to be missed!

Aqualandia Water Park, Benidorm: A fantastic water adventure park, with many different water slides and chutes. Try the Kamikaze, if you dare! Take a dip in the big wave pool, relax under the waterfalls, or try the newest attraction, the Black hole! A lovely fun way to cool down on a hot summers day.

• 23rd June - Magic night of San Juan. Bonfires and music on the beach all night.
• July - Fiestas of Font Santa. Nightime fiestas and bull running.
• July - Fiesta of the Patron Saint of Moraira & Teulada- Mare de Déu del Desamparats (Holy Virgin of the Unprotected) Fireworks, processions, dances , bull running & music.
• July - Traditional procession of fishermen & sailors commemorating the Virgen del Carmen.
• July - August - 'Sants de la Pedra' Fiesta Teulada.
• August - Medieval Festivities & Market in Teulada.
• September - Moscatell Fesivity-grape & wine tasting.
• September - Divina Pastora Festivities -Trad music & dance, Old Town Teulada.
• November - Santa Catalina Festivities - Procession on 28th, Sunday eve. 9 -11th December.
