A large newly renovated villa in peaceful well-established setting on Belvidere Estate. The beach at Brenton is a short drive away, as are many other facilites and tourist attractions.The villa has 4 bedrooms and a sleeping gallery. Two bedrooms are downstairs and all sleeping areas open onto either patio or verandah. There is an informal breakfast area, and a seperate  dining room.. A feature spiral staircase leads from spacious entrance hall and throughout groundfloor are heated flagstones, Upstairs is limewashed pine. DSTV is connected to most rooms. There is a covered area outside for bbqs and entertainment., which leads onto the swimming pool deck. The pool is 32 sq m. The bustling town of Knysna is 10 mins drive along the lagoon road, and caters for a wide variety of tastes and activities and ages.
