Luxurious Air Conditioned Villa - Orlando, Florida

Our spacious luxury fully air conditioned Villa, has been furnished by interior designers. Many extras have been incorporated into the design such as higher ceilings and ceiling fans(maximises the air conditioning) and quick recovery water tank, making sure we always have enough hot water for all of our guests. In fact too many extras to list. The Villa is 2000 sq foot in size.

As you open the front door, the spacious feeling of the Villa hits you as you walk in to the quiet lounge. The quiet lounge has a 2 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa (sleeper).This is also where the internet connection is located. The dining room is open plan to this and has a top quality dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything you could possibly want. There is also a breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs. This is open plan to the TV lounge with massive curving sofa (seats at least 6). There is a very large Cable TV with surround sound, DVD, Video, CD and Radio, all with surround sound system.

The Master Bedroom has a walk-in-wardrobe, Cable Tv, King size bed, it's own access to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom. This has a walk-in-shower, twin his 'n' hers sinks, round bath and w/c. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, TV's and plenty of closet space.

The 2nd Bathroom has a bath, shower, his 'n' hers sinks, w/c and plenty of spare fluffy towels in the cupboard.
The games room has a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. The pool area is bathed in sun from early morning right through to sunset. There is an outside table and chairs, and plenty of luxury loungers. The 28' by 14' pool has a fibre optic underwater light that changes colour, while you relax with your glass of wine at the end of the day.

There is a utility room with washing mashing and spin dryer, and space to hang your washing for drying should you need it.

Sunrise Lakes is a quiet Community, situated close to shops including a massive Walmart 2 minutes drive away. The 192 is also only a 2 minute drive away where you will have access to unlimited restaurants and shops. There is even a bar/restaurant outside the gates of the community, just a short walk.
