Tribal Holiday Accommodation for up to 30 People - Dordogne, France

We can accommodate a party up to 30 people in comfortable surroundings in 4 separate properties.

The 4 properties are set around a central courtyard with the biggest property, Le Chataignier, serving as the “nerve centre” with its spacious interior. There is a large kitchen with plenty of work area and space to prep your meals if you decide eat at home, with adjoining dining hall with long, hand made oak table to seat everyone indoors. If you want to have your meal outside you can choose from the huge covered terrace, the sun trap sunken terrace or the courtyard. We can organize a local chef to come and cook meals for you or deliver local dishes straight to your table from the caterers. Each house also has its own well equipped kitchen.

There is enough space for everybody and still the privacy that is needed. You can be together when it suits you or retreat into your own house for a bit of peace and quiet – the choice is yours.

There are long tables and benches indoors in Le Chataignier with a bar and on the covered terrace of Le Moulin or on the lawn outside or on the courtyard, which ever you prefer, where you can all enjoy your meals together. Comfortable sofas to seat your group by the woodburner to enjoy a digestif after a good meal. BBQs are available to cater for large numbers. Or why not have a pig or a lamb spit roast!

When all 4 properties are hired together you will have the exclusive use of the venue with a member of Tribal staff visiting daily to help with organising days out and restaurants etc.

The Accommodation

Le Chataignier has 3 double bedrooms and two twin rooms and a very unusual annexe bedroom that is completely glass fronted with beautiful views across the countryside. Large living area with sofas, armchairs and log burner, big kitchen with plenty of work surface and adjoining dining hall with huge hand made oak tables and bar, sauna, two showers, bathroom and three WCs. Sunken terrace outside the dining hall and another smaller covered terrace with table and chairs, bbq. Sleeps 12/14.

Le Ruisseau has two double bedrooms and a twin room, a bathroom with WC and a wetroom shower with WC. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 and living area with sofas. To the side of the property is the beautiful decked terrace overlooking the countryside and the stream with table, chairs and bbq. Sleeps 6.

La Grange has also two double bedrooms and a twin room, a bathroom with WC and shower room with WC, kitchen, dining table and living area with sofas and arm chairs. Private terrace to the back of the property with a pergola, garden table, chairs and bbq. Sleeps 6.

Le Moulin has two bedrooms, shower in the master bedroom and separate bathroom. Downstairs open plan large living area with sofas and a bar. Large, well equipped kitchen and the huge (+50m2) covered terrace with seating for 30.

Large selection of baby equipment is available for your stay; baby cots, high chairs, push chairs, baby baths, potties, baby alarms, swimming aids, toys,  plastic cups and plates etc.
