This lovely resort of holiday villa rentals is set to give new dimensions to the quality villa tourism to the island. Regina’s Exclusive Villas, the only Cyprus Tourism Organization licensed Luxury Holiday villas in the area, comprises of 9 villas, (6 three bedroom and 3 four bedroom) all with private pools, garden, patio, bbq, parking, wi-fi -internet and communal tennis. A children’s playground is situated adjacent to the villas. The resort has a unique character and charm and it is designed for the discerning individuals seeking quality and personal service. The villas are situated among an oasis of olive, palm, banana trees and rose and jasmine bushes, in a quiet & tranquil area at the outskirts of Oroklini, 2 km from the sea. Access to the villas is restricted to residents and their guests only.
Weddings can be arranged. Long term lets will be considered.

The location has been carefully chosen for its secluded privacy, access to services and amenities. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some views to the countryside and the sea (2 km) in the background.

The village itself, which is within walking distance, offers a range of shops, supermarkets, banks, chemist, medical centre, laundry & dry cleaners, bakeries, gym and bowling. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boast some fine rustic restaurants and bars.

Oroklini public beach with diving, sailing, paragliding, etc some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen minutes. A riding school offering show jumping, cross country, dressage and trekking is fifteen minutes away. The International Airport is twenty, Ayia Napa and Nicosia twenty five minutes, Limassol forty five and the Troodos Mountains an hour away.

All the villas are of the same style and design, (three bedrooms are 170 and four bedroom are 190 sq meters covered area) and furnished and equipped to high standards and they all feature:

Upstairs
Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, hairdryer and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.

Ground Floor
Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD, CD/Radio, telephone, complimentary wi-fi internet supply and safe. Large French windows open on to the patio and private pool. There is a separate fully equipped large kitchen/diner, with hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc.
Guests WC.

Exterior
Each villa is set within its own private garden with a partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built in BBQ, covered private car park.

Royal Villas
The Royal Villas are situated in a privileged position ,have a larger garden and in addition to the regular villas, feature a sauna, washing machine, plasma TV, stereo and have 24hrs free wi-fi internet access (please bring your laptop) and free use of safe. Royal Villas are cleaned and the linen is changed twice a week and they also receive a complimentary welcome pack.

Daily cleaning of the pool and garbage collection,
Weekly cleaning of the villa and change of linen, (Royal villas twice), garden maintenance, tennis court, complimentary wi-fi internet connection, complimentary initial supply of toilet paper and soaps, the services of a caretaker who lives on the premises and also available 24 hours for emergencies.

Other services (at a charge)
Extra maid service, car hire, Transfers including meet and assist at the airport, grocery packs, laundry and dry cleaning, special requests like champagne and flowers, hairdressing/beauty treatments, massage in your villa, baby sitting, doctor on call, excursions & cruises.

Beach
When you have enough of lazing about in your own private pool and you fancy a dip in the sea “Oroklini Public Beach” is only a few minutes away by car (2.5 km). It is run by the local municipality and has amenities like showers, changing rooms, coffee bar etc.  Umbrellas and sunbeds can be obtained for as little as euro 3.00 per person for the whole day. Every possible water sport is available there at reasonable prices.

The Owners
Regina’s Exclusive Villas are licensed by the CTO and owned and managed by John & Regina Xydas and their daughter Sylvia. The owners and some of the staff live on the premises and are ready to assist their clients at all times.

John, (Cypriot) and Regina (French), met in the U.K whilst studying Hotel management. In 1979 after getting married they returned to Cyprus. Regina abandoned her career to bring up the family and John for almost thirty years was ageneral manager of some of the leading five and four star hotels in Cyprus. He also held various honorary posts in professional and trade Associations, like vice-chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, the Hotel Managers Association etc.
In 2005 they started their own business. Sylvia was educated in a private English school in Cyprus and studied Graphic Design in France. She speaks perfectly English, French and Greek.

John and his family are well known in Cyprus and their name has always been associated with high professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work.
