Nai Harn beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket is only approx. 1km from the house. Surprisingly it is still almost undeveloped with only 1 major hotel (Le Meridian Royal Yacht Club) near the beach. In the high season it provides great swimming and snorkeling in a well sheltered bay. Ya Nui, Friendship beach, Laem Ka more beautiful and secluded beaches are in the immediate area, all within 5 -10 minutes drive. Guest's need not worry about obtaining those essential holiday items before leaving home. Nearby in Rawai & Chalong is a growing local community offering many western delights making it ideal for those who wish to travel "light".

Property Description:
Villa for rent Phuket
comprises of three floors, the open-plan ground floor includes a fully equipped western style kitchen with breakfast bar, living area and dining area. All of the ground floor can be opened up onto an undercover, wrap-around terrace incorporating additional dining and seating facilities. A central staircase leads to the first floor landing, opening-up onto a second undercover terrace with additional seating overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms lead off from this landing. A further staircase leads to the second floor which incorporates three double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Master 1 with king size bed, en-suite, with doors leading onto an undercover terrace with an additional king size bed.
Master 2 with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, with doors leading onto terrace.
Bedroom 3 and 4 with double bed.
Bedroom 5 with twin beds.
Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to bed 1 with shower, toilet, bath and double wash-hand basin.
En-suite bathroom to bed 2, with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin.
Bathroom 3 with shower, toilet and double wash-hand basins.
Downstairs WC and wash-hand basin.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped western kitchen, with hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms:
Living Room three sofas, coffee table, TV with DVD/CD. Dining room open plan to kitchen and living room, large dining table, seating 8 comfortably.
Dining table/chairs for outside dining undercover of the terrace.
Other:
Second floor living area. Third floor living area with fridge, The outside bar area has three sofas and a large fridge and table.
Utility Room:
Washing machine and fridge situated on undercover outside terrace.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
House and Pool towels are included. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Our maid works six days a week from 8.00 to 5.00 this service is included in the price. Laundry Service can be provided daily at a small cost.

Outside:
The front of the house overlooks the swimming pool and is surrounded by the lush tropical garden. There is also a traditional Thai Sala for shade. The house and terraces have outside lighting. All the communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

Booking notes
All bookings require a 50% deposit of the total (payment details will be given in reply email). The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 2 months, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of Euros 500 to be held as breakages and damage deposit.
