Situated on the second floor, the apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all you could need for a holiday. There is a double bedroom with twin beds and a ceiling fan.

A travel cot is available for your use (as well as a high chair and buggy) if they are needed. The living area is open plan, and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, and a living area with a comfortable leather sofa bed, ceiling fans and tasteful artwork. There is a flat screen TV (Spanish TV) and a DVD player for your entertainment.

The sliding patio doors lead from the living area onto a private terrace which is equipped with patio furniture and enjoys a sunny South West aspect; perfect for sunbathing in private and eating al fresco. The pool area is very private, situated in the centre of the complex, and has grassy areas to sunbathe on, and two pools; a small children's wading pool and a large swimming pool.

The beach is a 5minute walk away, though a pleasant area of Andalusion style houses and tapas bars. The area is a quiet area of Roquetas de Mar; 10 minutes walk along the promenade in either direction will take you to either the marina area, with it's excellent Spanish fish restaurants, and the more lively Playa Serena area. But you will find all you need close by; thre are plenty of bars, cafes, tapas bars, souvenir shops and small supermarkets, all close to the beach.

There is plenty for all the family to do on a holiday in Roquetas de Mar. As well as the beach and marina, the town has a large shopping centre (7km), an aquarium (5km) and a waterpark (5km). Further afield, the Cabo de Gata National Park, Mini Hollywood and Almeria city make great day trips.

 Roquetas de Mar is a municipality of Almería province, in the autonomous community of Andalucía, Spain. The 'urbanización' (tourist area with hotels and restaurants and shops) of Roquetas is predominantly a Spanish holiday resort for the majority of the summer months, but it also receives many visitors from the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany.Roquetas de Mar is one of the two major resorts in Costa de Almería, the other being Mojácar. With its vast beaches and the fact that Roquetas does not attract the sheer number of tourists as some of the other resorts, there is plenty of room to lounge around and sunbathe, or to take a leisurely swim, without the problems of overcrowing seen on many Spanish beach resorts. Roquetas de Mar has many facilities including hotels, restaurants, tapas bars, a bull ring, an auditorium and a language school.
