• Each chalet comprises a lounge, bedroom and bathroom.
• Each unit sleeps three or four people depending on age, in a double and single bed.
• The chalets are fully furnished with new modern furniture and equipped with satellite TV, DVD's + films, internet usage (Please ask for details.) & tea / coffee making facilities.
• Bed linen, towels and toiletries are all provided too free of charge.
• A baby cot and chair are available at no extra charge for young children.
• We can also offer a baby sitting service at local rates by experienced staff if you wish to enjoy a quiet dinner alone. (Please ask for details.)
• Will also meet and greet you at the airport upon arrival at no additional cost other than the taxi fare.
• There is also a hair & beauty salon on site offering a wide range of treatments to ladies, from hair cutting to facials and waxing.

• You will not be troubled here by time share salesmen, beach traders or anyone else.
• Whilst there are no cooking facilities on site we do provide free tea and coffee in the chalet and can provide breakfast and dinner if you don't wish to eat out.

Amaya Chalets

Negombo is an ideal place for those who want quick access to and from the country's international airport. The 100 km long canal network running through the town is still used, and outrigger canoes and modern water-craft ply this route daily, for trade and tourist purposes. Remains of colonization include the Dutch fort built in 1672, as well as centuries-old Portuguese and Dutch houses, administrative buildings, and churches. Negombo is also home to the country's second-largest fish market, the Llelama, at the north end of the town's lagoon. There are daily fish auctions, which give tourists a chance to meet the area's colourful fishermen and even organise fishing trips into the lagoon and the ocean beyond. (Courtesy of Wikipedia)
