Villa Catalina is a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms on one level, sleeping up to 6 people, situated in Calpe in a quiet residential area, with nice views. We have made our villa a real home from home and made sure that all the amenities you would expect are there.

There is a TV with restricted Freetoview Sky, CD and DVD player in the villa and we have a selection of DVDs videos and CDs for your use. Please feel free to bring any of your own with you. It has a fully fitted modern kitchen which is well equipped for self-catering with pots, pans, plenty of crockery and glasses, microwave, oven, ceramic touch electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. and a washing machine in the garage.

There are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, one double (full en-suite) and two with twin beds, plus a family shower room. All have large wardrobe space.

There is an iron and ironing board in the villa as well as a hair dryer, plus three portable electric fans.

A sunny veranda benefits from all-day sunshine with sunbeds and a covered terrace with table and chairs. All bed linen and towels are included, including kitchen towels.

The private gated gardens have been beautifully planted and are regularly maintained.

For those looking to cool down there is a private maintained pool, with an outside shower. There is a further terrace with a stone BBQ and table set.

The main town of Calpe with its beautiful beaches and friendly bars and restaurants is only a short distance away. There is a bus service running from nearby to Calpe.
