The rental rates are per week and for exclusive use of Villa Jasville, its' 2 private pools, and garden.  The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of six guests.

Please note that the pools are not available November to March

The rates are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, air-conditioning, all linens and towels including large pool towels.  We also provide a basic welcome pack.  The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again midway through a 14 day holiday when bathroom towels and linens are changed and the villa is lightly cleaned.  There are daily visits  by the pool engineer / gardener to maintain the pools and garden. 

The services of our friendly English speaking manager, who is always on hand for advice or local information are also included.

Our normal rental period is one week and we can cater for your arrival on any day of the week subject to fitting in with other bookings; short breaks can also be accommodated where possible.  If your exact dates are not free, please still email us as some of the days are changeover days.  We might also have availability at our other luxury villas to rent in Dalyan.

Our rental charges are payable by cheque or bank transfer in pounds sterling.

To secure your booking we require a deposit of 15%.

We do not take a breakages deposit, all we ask is that if any item is damaged, broken or lost that it is replaced on a like for like basis.
