&lt;p&gt;Our holiday home is a six year old top of the range three bedroom extra wide luxury caravan, with one double, one twin or double and one twin bedroom. &amp;nbsp;It benefits from central heating and double glazing. It comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen, full size cooker, fridge freezer and all necessary cooking utensils. It has a separate dining area.&lt;br /&gt;
Outside there is a large decked veranda, chairs and table are provided. Ample parking is also provided to the front of the caravan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;St Minver Holiday Park (Parkdean), Cornwall offers all you need for a magical holiday away with the family. In a peaceful woodland setting, in the grounds of an old manor house.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Have fun in the indoor swimming pool on-site at Parkdean St Minver or explore the local villages and lovely sandy beaches near by such as Polzeath, Rock, Daymer Bay And across the estuary on the frequent ferry to the historic harbour of Padstow.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Water-sports such as surfing, sailing and kayaking lessons are all available locally. A short drive to Crealy Cornwall and to Port Isaac the setting of TV drama Doc Martin. Slightly further afield King Authur Castle at Tintgael Castle.&lt;br /&gt;
Close by is a large Tesco super store and a marston's pub, the falcon waderidge.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cycling is safe for children, bring bikes, scooters, roller blades and prams. Near by is The Cammel Trial cycle route. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The caravan is privately owned has 3 bedrooms with decking. Extra wide with double glazing and central heating. Main bedroom a double, second bedroom a double or twin and the third bedroom a twin. Full fitted kitchen with full size cooker, fridge freezer and untensil.&lt;br /&gt;
Parking for two cars.&lt;br /&gt;
All bedding and tea towels will be included.&lt;br /&gt;
Shower and swimming Towels need to be brought with you.&lt;br /&gt;

Excellent Spar shop on site at St Minver which offers DVD rental, newspapers, toys, groceries and lots more. &lt;br /&gt;
