Luxury 4 Bed Villa - Private Heated Pool
This property - built 2007 - is a 4 bedroomed (3 ensuite) villa set in its own privately maintained garden with heated pool. The villa is situated in Porto de Mos just outside the town of Lagos and approximately 80 kilometers from Faro airport. The new Algarve Autodromo in Portimao is only 15 mins away.
The villa comprises of three upstairs bedrooms which are all ensuite. There is one double room with bath/shower room and there are two twin rooms, one with whirlpool bath/shower room and the second with shower room. The fourth bedroom, which has a double bed settee, is downstairs with the shower room adjacent to the bedroom door. All upstairs bedrooms have balconies facing the sea.
Downstairs the lounge also has a double bed settee. Both satelite and cable television is installed along with internet access, a surround music system is in place and a dvd player is also available. The dining room has a large table which can be extended to comfortably sit 8/10 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large number of appliances, including fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, halogen hob, dish washer, washing machine, wine cooler, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
There is a gas barbeque for use and outside dining furniture comprising of table and chairs. There are also four sun loungers and two reclining sun chairs available.
The garden is maintained weekly and the pool is cleaned and treated on a weekkly basis. Usually Mondays.
